Economic Inclusion Program

HGC Construction has always taken into account the importance of including subcontractor and supplier diversity.  Being a small business itself, HGC knows what an MBE/WBE/SBE can bring to the table, which is why HGC has always strived to include such groups. 

Ahead of the curve in diversity inclusion, HGC takes pride in its efforts to include MBE/WBE/SBEs in our projects and has created a formal program to show its efforts.  The implementation of the Economic Inclusion Program showcases HGC’s efforts to include the diverseworkforce with in our community.
