Mike Huseman - President
Mike is the third generation of Huseman's to lead the company. He brings over 20 year's industry experience to the table along with construction management studies at the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. from Xavier University with a concentration in business.

Michael Breetz, P.E. - Vice President
Mike is a professional engineer registered in Ohio, Kentucky and Louisiana. With over 35 year of experience, he has managed a variety of construction projects, from lock and dams to churches. Over the years, Mike’s specialty has developed into renovation, reinforcing, modifying and maintaining existing structures, many of them being historic. At HGC, he is responsible for the coordination and assisting of project managers and project engineers. Mike is also on the Board of Directors for the International Concrete Repair Institute.

Gary Gilbert. LEED AP - Vice President
Gary has a depth of experience that begins with his years as a carpenter in the field. He began with HGC more than 30 years ago and brings a seasoned, practical approach to construction management. Gary also oversees the management of our subsidiary, Stanton Millworks.

Steven Shipp, CPA - Vice President
As controller, Steve has responsibility for HGC's financial and administrative capabilities, including insurance and bonding. He has over 30 years of accounting experience, the last 23 years with HGC. He received his bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University. He is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, the Ohio Society of CPA's and the American Society of CPA's.

Robert Smyth - Vice President
Robert leads HGC's field operations. Aside from his four year of Marine Corps training, he has over 30 years of experience with HGC. He maintains HGC's standards for innovation, quality and efficiency in the field.
