Associated Builders and Contractors awarded the National Pyramid Award for Construction Excellence to HGC for construction of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden’s Historic Vine Street Village. The project also earned the highest possible, LEED-Platinum certification. Green features include 10 kW of solar panels, geothermal heat pumps, spray foam insulation, solar water-heating system, and renewable energy credits making the Membership and Ticketing building a net-zero carbon use facility.
