October 12, 2007, Cincinnati, Ohio – HGC Construction has recently completed construction of the new Graeter’s store at Fountain Square. The store is located on the first floor in the southwest portion of the Fifth Third Center tower. Construction included demolition to the existing space, new drywall, acoustical ceilings, millwork, ceramic tile flooring and a new restroom.
The new 1,750 SF store features pastries, candy and ice cream and has a large outdoor dining area for customers with a view of the Tyler Davidson Fountain. This is the second time that HGC has worked with Graeter’s. In 2006, HGC completed the construction of the 3,000 SF store in Deerfield Township.
Project architects were Tilsley & Associates Architects and the Bruce D. Robinson Group.
