October 25, 2007 – HGC Construction has recently been awarded the $1.8 million University of Cincinnati Clifton Court Garage project.
The parking garage, formerly known as Brodie Garage, will be receiving structural concrete repairs to the concrete beams, joists, columns, walls, ceilings, and floors. The garage will also receive a new waterproof traffic membrane and painting to the concrete columns and ceiling. The garage is located on the northwest side of campus next to the Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) building. Construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2008.
The engineer for the project is THP Limited.
