By applying the concepts of sustainable design and the U.S. Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles, we are working to improve the building process by combining the advantages of modern technology with proven building practices.

• Some of the sustainable design and LEED practices we employ on every project include:

• Reusing construction materials, existing finish materials and products

• Use of local materials and construction methods

• Reducing and recycling waste

• Reducing areas disturbed during construction

• Simplifying and standardizing construction details

• Sequencing construction activities to reduce unnecessary design requirements
