HGC owner involvement is key to our consistently high level of quality and client satisfaction.

 

Michael Huseman, President

Mike, the project manager who coordinates all of HGC’s specialty areas, has 15 years of industry experience and is the third generation of Husemans to lead the company. He earned a BA degree in business from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

 

Michael Breetz, PE, Vice President

As the project manager who heads HGC’s field engineering and concrete specialty area, Mike has been with the company for more than 10 years and has 30 years of construction experience as an engineer registered in Ohio, Kentucky, and Louisiana.

 

Gary Gilbert, Vice President

Gary is the project manager who heads HGC’s carpentry and millwork specialty areas. His depth of experience includes many years as a carpenter in the field and more than 20 years with HGC. He brings a seasoned, practical approach to construction management.

 

Steven Shipp, CPA, Vice President/Controller

Steve has responsibility for financial and administrative matters, including insurance and bonding. He has 20 years of accounting experience, including 12 with HGC. He received a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University.

 

Robert Smyth, Vice President

Robert leads HGC’s field operations, and maintains its standards for innovation, quality, and efficiency in the field. Besides his four years of Marine Corps training, he has 20 years of experience with HGC.
