Shilito's Lofts

HGC
served as the general trade contractor under a CM to build all
the apartment units, public spaces, atrium and lobby areas. This
project converted the abandoned Shillito Department Store into
seven floors of downtown luxury, loft-style apartments. HGC’s
crews were involved in the initial uncovering of the century old
atrium space and the subsequent revitalization of the atrium to
its former grandeur. HGC’s crews replicated many of the historic
art deco pieces to completely reflect the history of the building.
