Four Seasons Marina
Cincinnati, OH
HGC served as Design-Build contractor on this renovation to one
of Cincinnati’s boating community’s preferred docking
and harborage services. Actually a floating barge originally designed
to transport vehicles on the Ohio River, the building’s construction
required HGC to come up with unique solutions to logistic issues
created by the Ohio River’s fluctuating water levels, incorporating
tough, marine grade materials to handle the river environment, and
the unique safety challenges created by working in the open water
environment. HGC’s carpenters constructed a new façade
to replicate the aesthetic of a Nantucket coastal town. Also included
were interior renovations of the marina office, store, and leasing
office.
