HGC served as Construction Manager to build new prototype restaurants
for this Cincinnati Institution. This was the first major re-design
for the Frisch’s restaurants in over 20 years. Clean building
lines with dynamic elements that incorporate Frisch’s origins
as a 1950’s style with today’s trends. HGC worked through
incorporating new design changes with the functionality and operation
aspects of the restaurant. This successful new design is incorporated
into all the new Frisch’s restaurants.
