Radisson Riverview
Covington, KY
HGC served as the General Contractor to renovate this much noted
landmark in the Cincinnati/Covington Skyline. Previously known as
the Quality Inn Riverveiw, this 16 story, 236 room hotel underwent
all renovations while maintaining hotel occupancy and operations.
All guest rooms received cosmetic upgrades as well as completely
new bathrooms. The building’s
façade,
lobby, pool, ballroom, and meeting rooms underwent extensive upgrades
to keep the facility up to today’s standards. In addition to
the hallmark craftsmanship on the project, it clearly demonstrated
HGC’s abilities to mastermind a complex phasing of construction
activities.
