As General Contractor, HGC installed new structural wall tie rods to stop future bowing of the exterior masonry walls. This historic church required the system to be nondescript in order to maintain the clear vaulted space. The end brackets were buried in the barrel vaulted ceiling and attached to the truss ends to tie the system together. The existing plaster ceiling was minimally disturbed while installing the system.
