HGC served as the general trade contractor to the project Construction
Manager. Court rooms, judges chambers, and meeting rooms were completely
renovated with new finishes and millwork. HGC met all project completion
dates which were critical due to the schedule of hearings. This
project also required the removal of over 100, two tier, turn of
the century steel jail cells in the attic to create mechanical
spaces for air distribution to meet today’s building codes.
