HGC served as the General Contractor to renovate offices, conference
rooms, library, restrooms, and lobby in the historic 4 th & Vine
building. Any project in a downtown office building requires advanced
planning for material handling and interfacing with existing building
systems, but this project was made even more challenging by completing
the work without any disruptions to the firm’s ongoing operations.
HGC crews worked around their schedules and created a phasing system
to get the job done.
