Project Overview

Hughes Center will receive a full renovation to the existing 300,000 SF building and the construction of a new parking garage where the existing one currently sits. The Hughes High School renovation is scheduled for completion in August 2010.

Renovations

The renovations to Hughes’s existing building are major and extensive and include:

• New windows throughout
• Refurbish and refinish existing doors and woodwork
• New finishes throughout the building
• Cleaning and refurbishing the building's existing brick
• Cleaning and refurbishing the building’s existing Terra Cotta
• Renovations to the existing gyms
• New athletic equipment
• New visual displays
• New Hydraulic Elevators
