HGC is complete! The building is up and running and almost ready for students.

• All finishes are complete
• All furniture has been installed
• Now that the weather has turned the balance of the paving and landscaping is being installed
• The building will be keyed to the CPS keying system in the next week
• We are in the process of training CPS on all the building systems and finishing some minor touch–ups

The best word to describe the final product is WOW! It’s amazing how far we’ve come from what looked to be an abandoned building after abatement to a learning institution we can all be proud of. What a pleasure it has been to resurrect such an important piece of Cincinnati history
