We progressed as much as expected in the last month due to the weather we have had. The rain seemed to come about two or three times a week which limited our work outside. We made the most out it, though, and continued on schedule.
The inside of the existing building is 99% complete and ready to start finishes. The plasterer and wall stud contractor will start in the next couple weeks to begin bringing the building back to life.
We are gearing up for the start of the new building. Now that we have the elevation we need, we can get the contractors in to start building the new addition. The courtyard has been excavated out and we're now ready to start installing the step and retaining walls. The south parking lot is about 80% complete and the screen wall and the curb are in the process of being done. Those two things being about done will allow us to get the black-topper in and pave a majority of the south drive. The roofers are going to town removing the old roof and installing new shingles on the building.
