June 2007

June was also another busy month for us as we continue to make great progress on this project.

• All first floor masonry on the new addition is about topped out and ready for steel joists
• Courtyard retaining walls have been completed. Courtyard is about ready for steps and slabs
• Doing finish trim to interior of the existing building
• Finishing up plaster repairs/drywall finishing at the first floor of the existing building
• All slabs on grade for the new addition are ready to be poured
• Been priming all the trim on the exterior of the existing building
• The exterior of the existing building has had masonry restoration done is about 50% done with it
• All underground plumbing has been completed at the basement of the existing building and is ready for new partition walls and finishes
