July and August were busy months for us as we continue to make great progress on this project.

• Hanging and finishing doors in existing building
• Applying first coat of paint in existing building
• Hanging and finishing drywall in basement
• Roughing-in all mechanical units and plumbing in addition
• Starting to lay exterior brick on addition
• Getting permanent utilities from the road to the building
• Drying-in the roof on the addition
• Concrete in the courtyard finishing up
• Steel is finished-up
• Getting ready to finish-up the construction of the connector of the two buildings
• Existing building brick and mortar restoration is about 95% done
• Hanging ceiling grid in existing building
• Starting to lay the tile in bathrooms in existing building
• Trimming-out doors and windows in the existing building
