Project Overview

Kilgour School will receive a full renovation to the existing building and the construction of a 23,630-square-foot addition. When completed in Spring 2008, the completed facility will accomodate 450 students.

The Addition

With the completion of its new addition, the Kilgour school is making a major investment in its students' futures. The addition will include:

• A new gym
• New locker rooms
• A stage
• 10 new classrrooms

Renovations

The renovations to Kilgour's existing building are major and extensive and include:

• New windows throughout
• Refurbish and refinish existing doors and woodwork
• New finishes throughout the building
• A new roof
• Cleaning and refurbishing the building's existing brick
• New outside courtyard
• New playgrounds
